  1. Cook the rice according to the packet and keep warm.
  2. Fry the beef strips in most of the sesame oil over high heat for 4 minutes, then add the broccoli and tamari and cook for 4 more minutes.
  3. In the remaining oil, fry the egg to your liking.
  4. Serve the beef and broccoli over the rice, top with the fried egg and spring onion greens.
