  1. Preheat the oven to 190 C and oil a small baking dish.
  2. Spread the spinach over the base of the dish.
  3. Crack the eggs over the spinach.
  4. Scatter the crumbled feta around the eggs.
  5. Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes until the whites set but the yolks stay soft.
  6. Serve the baked eggs hot from the dish.
