  2. Fry the cubes in the sesame oil over medium-high heat until golden and crisp on all sides, about 8 minutes.
  3. Pour in the tamari and toss for 30 seconds to glaze.
  4. Tip into a bowl, scatter with togarashi and spring onion greens, and eat with a cocktail stick.
