- Hard-boil the egg for about 8 minutes, cool under cold water, peel and slice.
- Place the rye bread on a plate and lay the lettuce leaf on top.
- Arrange the egg slices over the lettuce, then pile on the prawns and add a generous dollop of mayonnaise.
- Squeeze over the lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and garnish with dill. Eat with a knife and fork.
