- Heat the oven to 200 C. Parboil the macaroni for two minutes less than the packet says, then drain.
- Fry the diced chicken in the olive oil until golden, then stir together with the macaroni, bechamel, peas and most of the cheese; season with black pepper.
- Tip into a baking dish, scatter the remaining cheese over and bake for about 18 minutes until golden on top.
