  1. Heat the oven to 200 C. Toss the potato wedges with the olive oil and a little salt and spread them on a baking tray.
  2. Roast the potatoes for about 10 minutes while you prepare the salmon.
  3. Place the salmon fillet skin-side down on the tray, season with salt and pepper, top with the butter knobs, dill and lemon slices.
  4. Return the tray to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily and the potatoes are golden.
  5. Serve the salmon with the roasted potatoes and the pan juices.
