- Heat the oven to 200 C. Toss the potato chunks with half the olive oil, the rosemary and the salt on a tray and roast for 10 minutes.
- Season the pork with black pepper. Heat the rest of the oil in an ovenproof pan and sear the tenderloin on all sides, about 4 minutes.
- Add the green beans to the potato tray, set the pan with the pork in the oven, and roast everything 12-14 minutes until the pork is just cooked.
- Rest the pork for 3 minutes, slice it and serve with the potatoes and green beans.
