  1. Crush the digestive biscuits finely. Melt the butter, mix it with the biscuit crumbs, and press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan or serving dish.
  2. Beat the cream cheese, mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla and lemon together until smooth.
  3. Whip the cream until softly thickened and fold it into the cheese mixture.
  4. Prepare the gelatin according to package instructions and mix it evenly into the filling. Spread the filling over the biscuit base.
  5. Cook or crush the blueberries with sugar briefly to make a topping, cool slightly, then spread over the cheesecake.
  6. Refrigerate until firm, preferably at least 4 hours.
