- Place a nori sheet shiny side down on a bamboo rolling mat.
- Spread an even layer of prepared sushi rice over the nori, smoothing it gently to the edges without crushing the grains.
- Lay the salmon strips, cream cheese strips and avocado slices across the rice.
- Roll tightly with the bamboo mat so the roll holds together.
- Slice with a very sharp knife and serve immediately.
