  1. Fry the bacon in a pan until crisp, then set aside.
  2. Pour the beaten eggs into the bacon fat and cook into a flat round.
  3. Lay the cheddar on the hot egg so it melts.
  4. Fold the egg to fit the roll.
  5. Lightly toast the cut sides of the roll in the pan.
  6. Stack the egg, cheese and bacon in the roll and serve hot.
